Musical Theatre Club (for Kids!)
This club is for creative kids who love to perform and want to hone their skills while also having a ton of fun!
Through this 6-month (18 class) course kids aged 7-15 will take the lead (with plenty of guidance!) through scripting, designing, composing music for, rehearsing, and completing a live public performance of their own original theatrical work!

CRAFT Theatre Company and the Goldberg School of Music are teaming up to give your kids the creative experience of the year!
Join us at Faith Chapel Gathering Place in beautiful Lucketts, Virginia several Mondays each month for a kid-led, adult-facilitated journey through the entire creative process of scripting, composing, rehearsing, and performing an original musical! No previous experience with music or theatre is required, we are ready to meet each child where they are and play to their strengths as they delve into imaginative storytelling and becoming more confident as a performer (plus, lots of fun improv and music games as well!).
We cannot wait to see what your creative kids build from scratch when given plenty of guidance, professional assistance, and support!
All classes take place from 4-5:30pm, with an optional potluck family dinner in the fellowship hall after the last class of each month (we have a kitchen on-site to help with food storage). Parents and caregivers are welcome to drop their kids off and run errands, or stay on-site and enjoy coffee or tea in the fellowship hall during class. There is also a playroom for siblings ages 7 and younger to enjoy while the older children are in class.
